Delete your account

Delete your account and all of its data in the app or by email. It's permanent.

This can't be undone. Once your account is deleted, your habits, streaks, statistics and focus history can't be recovered.

What gets deleted

Deleting your Kairo account permanently removes:

Profile and sign-in Habits Daily entries Focus sessions Reminders

Kairo Pro subscribers: deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it first on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or on Android in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.

Option 1 — In the app

  1. Open Kairo Sign in with the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Settings Tap the Settings tab in the bottom bar.
  3. Tap "Delete account" You'll find it in the Account section.
  4. Confirm Enter your password (or confirm with Google) and tap Delete account. Your data is deleted right away.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't open the app or prefer to ask in writing:

  1. Send an email To dev@wasyra.com with the subject "Delete my Kairo account".
  2. Include your sign-in email Use the address you registered in Kairo with.
  3. Wait for confirmation We process requests within 7 business days and confirm by email.

What may be kept

Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep the records of Kairo Pro purchases that accounting, tax and fraud-prevention rules require. We may keep anonymous, aggregated information only where the law requires it or for security. We don't keep personal data that identifies you after your account is deleted.
