The rules for using Kairo and its Kairo Pro plan.

1. The service

Kairo ("the app") is a habit tracker and focus timer offered by WASICODE E.I.R.L. (brand Wasyra), RUC 20614265770, Lima, Peru. By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you downloaded Kairo from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

2. Free plan

The free plan doesn't expire. It includes:

  • Up to 3 habits, with streaks, freezes and reminders
  • The focus timer with 15, 25, 45 and 60-minute sessions
  • Statistics, calendar and activity for the last 7 days

3. Kairo Pro

Kairo Pro adds unlimited habits, your full history (monthly trends, the whole calendar, 13-week heatmaps and older activity) and custom focus lengths. It's offered as:

  • Monthly: US$1.99 per month, renewing automatically
  • Yearly: US$9.99 per year, renewing automatically, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers
  • Lifetime: US$19.99, a one-time payment that doesn't renew

Prices are listed in US dollars. The store shows the final price in your currency, including taxes, before you confirm; that price applies.

4. Payment and auto-renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) when you confirm the purchase. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. If the price changes, the store will tell you in advance, as its rules require.

5. Free trial

The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for people who haven't used one before. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged and the subscription starts. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime:

  • App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kairo
  • Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Kairo

You keep Kairo Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your Kairo account doesn't cancel a subscription.

7. Refunds

Apple and Google handle payments, so refunds follow their policies and are requested from them: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store and the Google Play refund page. We can't issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.

8. Lifetime plan

The lifetime plan is a single payment tied to your Kairo account and the store account you bought it with. It gives you Kairo Pro for as long as we offer the app, with no renewals.

9. If Pro ends

Your data stays in your account. The free limits apply again: you keep every habit you created, but you can't add more than 3, and history older than 7 days is hidden until you have Kairo Pro again. You can restore a purchase anytime in Settings → Restore purchases.

10. Your account and data

You're responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your password safe. Your data is yours. You can delete your account and its data in the app (Settings → Delete account) or as described on the delete account page.

11. Acceptable use

Don't use Kairo for illegal activities, to access other people's accounts or to interfere with the service.

12. Availability and liability

We work to keep Kairo available and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is". Kairo is a personal productivity tool, not medical or professional advice. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Kairo Pro in the last 12 months.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the current version on this page with its date, and if a change affects your subscription we'll tell you in the app.

14. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru, without prejudice to the consumer rights the law of your country gives you. Questions: dev@wasyra.com.
