A plain-language account of the information Kairo handles and the control you have over it.

1. Introduction

Kairo ("the app") is a habit tracker and focus timer from Wasyra, a brand of WASICODE E.I.R.L. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what your rights are when you use the Kairo mobile app, its Kairo Pro plan and these web pages.

By using Kairo you accept the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

3. Data we collect

3.1 Account

When you create an account with email and password, or with Google on Android, we store:

  • Email address
  • Display name
  • A unique user ID from Firebase Authentication
  • Profile photo, only if your Google account provides one

3.2 Habits and activity

To run the app, we store in Firebase Cloud Firestore:

  • Your habits (name, description, icon, color, schedule and reminder time)
  • Daily completions and streak freezes
  • Focus sessions (length, time and the habit you linked, if any)

3.3 Purchases

If you buy Kairo Pro, we keep a purchase history: the plan you chose (monthly, yearly or lifetime), the store you bought it in, and the dates of purchase, free trial, renewal, cancellation and expiry. Card and other payment details stay with Apple or Google and never reach us.

3.4 Technical data

Firebase processes basic technical data, such as device model, operating system, app version and diagnostic logs, to run and secure the service.

3.5 Data we don't collect

Nothing extra. Kairo doesn't collect your location, contacts, photos, advertising ID or data from other apps. It shows no ads, and we don't sell your data.

4. How we use your data

We use the information only to:

  • Provide habit tracking, the focus timer and statistics
  • Sync your data across your devices through your account
  • Calculate streaks and personal stats
  • Schedule the reminders you set, as local notifications on your device
  • Check whether your Kairo Pro plan is active and restore purchases
  • Answer support requests, fix errors and keep the service secure

5. Service providers

  • Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Hosting, project kairo-wasicode): accounts, data storage and these pages. Google Privacy Policy.
  • RevenueCat: manages Kairo Pro subscriptions. It receives your Kairo user ID and your purchase history from the store so the app knows whether your plan is active. RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
  • Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play): process payments for Kairo Pro under their own privacy policies. We never see or store your card details.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under each provider's contractual safeguards.

6. Storage and security

Your data is stored in Cloud Firestore with security rules that let only your signed-in account read or change it, and it travels over HTTPS/TLS. We take reasonable technical measures to protect it, although no system is 100% secure.

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account), we immediately delete your habits, entries, focus sessions, profile and sign-in account; copies in backups expire within 30 days.

RevenueCat, Apple and Google keep the records of your purchases as accounting, tax and fraud-prevention rules require. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription: cancel it in the store first.

8. Your rights

Under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and any other law that applies to you, you can:

  • Access your data in the app
  • Correct your habits and profile
  • Delete your account — see how
  • Get a copy of your data by email

You can also withdraw consent to notifications at any time in your device settings. To exercise any right, write to dev@wasyra.com.

9. Children

Kairo isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If we learn that a child has given us personal data, we'll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We'll post the current version on this page with its review date, and we'll let you know in the app about significant changes.
